Meet & Greet

On-site or Virtual

Free

Have a general vision of what you want and just not sure how to get there? Let's have a no obligations chat about your project. This is a great option if you've not ready to dive in just yet but want to briefly meet me and see if we're a match made in heaven! Send me a vision/mood board and say you're interested in a meet and greet to set something up at hello@modpineapple.com.

This is a good option if you have a single room to redesign like a bedroom, living room, or another space that does NOT require major construction like moving walls, major plumbing or electrical changes etc. I have a ~1-8 week turnaround on these kinds of projects. The deliverables of this package will enable you to DIY or hand off these deliverables to a general contractor and be confident you’ll have all the information you need to execute the design vision. Virtual customers must be prepared to provide thorough measurements.

This package includes:
  • An initial consultation hour virtual or on-site visit to discuss your project, understand your needs, style, budget, timeline, and get measurements. Note: If you aren’t able to provide me with measurements make sure I service your area. I am based in the Northgate area in Seattle, WA and offer on-site services within ~30 minutes driving distance. Contact me and provide an intersection or address to find out if I support on-site service in your area.
  • A second meeting to walkthrough a 3D model of your space articulating a clear design vision and an opportunity to get your feedback and make changes
  • Up to three revisions (most people only need one!) during the design phase after the walk through of the 3D model. Revisions involve major changes to the design. Small tweaks here are there are unlimited (within reason).
  • Sourcing furniture, tiles, counters, cabinets, fabrics, finishes, etc and getting samples to look at. You opt to join me for this or meet me to look at samples for your review.
  • Final deliverables include a 3D model and exported images of various scenes in the space, a detailed design document that includes elevations (2D drawings) if needed, information about finishes, fixtures, and direct links to products and supplier information.
  • 60 days to request product/supplier changes after receipt of the final deliverables
  • At least one additional on-site visit to ensure everything is being implemented as designed.

Examples of a refresh include:
An office redesign with new paint choices, furniture, finishes, etc. where you might require small electrical work like a new light fixture or a fun tile on the wall.

"Rachel helped me choose exterior paint colors for my home, designed my home office, entryway, and my kid's bathroom all remotely over Zoom, without ever stepping foot in my home! I was impressed with how quickly Rachel was able to nail down my aesthetic style. Once that was clear I could stop chasing trends and the decision process went much more smoothly than when I tried to tackle it on my own." -Kristen

"Rachel helped me nail down my aesthetic so I could stop chasing trends"

Rachel was super flexible and accommodating with our various requests. We got a very detailed doc containing all the measurements, placements, color palette, a full catalog of every piece of furniture with product links, and renderings of the different areas which gave us a streamlined manual to refer to and follow to implement the designs. -Sean
